About the Role:LTF Recruitment is seeking a passionate graduate to join an inclusive primary school in Dudley as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. This full-time role focuses on supporting SEN pupils, both 1:1 and in small groups, starting in September with potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 and small group support to SEN students
- Engage and support SEN pupils in lessons and the curriculum
- Assist with reading, writing, and other classroom activities
- Support the class teacher in lesson delivery
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience with children in a school environment (desirable)
- Good understanding of special educational needs
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Opportunity to gain paid experience in education
- Potential for a permanent position
- Excellent SEND department and facilities
