- Providing one-on-one and small group support to children who may require additional assistance with their learning.
- Assisting in the preparation of age-appropriate teaching materials and resources.
- Supporting classroom management and promoting a positive and safe learning environment.
- Encouraging the social and emotional development of our students through caring interactions and role modelling.
- Assisting with the assessment of pupils' progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, colleagues, and parents.
- Adaptability and a patient demeanour to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Previous experience working with children in any capacity is advantageous, but not mandatory.
