Reception Teaching Assistant - Full Time (EYFS) Location: Hodge Hill Start Date: January 2025 Our client school in Hodge Hill is looking for an experienced Reception Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2025. This full-time, ongoing position is perfect for someone passionate about Early Years education. Key Responsibilities: Support the teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum. Assist with classroom management and provide 1:1 support to students. Foster a positive, nurturing learning environment. Ideal Candidate: Experience working in EYFS (Reception class). Passionate about supporting young childrens development. Patient, compassionate, and a strong team player. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS · Location - Hodge Hill, Birmingham · Position - Reception Teaching Assistant · Type of work - Rececption TA · Start date - January 2025 · Duration / Likely Duration - Long term opportunity for the rest of the academic year · End date (if applicable) - July 2025 · Contract type - Temporary · Full time/part time - Full tine · Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate GBP90 per day · Hours - 8:20 am - 4pm (full day) EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS · Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications · Previous experience working in a UK school - in either permanent or long-term roles · Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: · Hold Right to Work in the UK · Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application · Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years OTHER If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
