Tradewind Recruitment are working with a multi form entry primary school in Hall Green who are recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to support 1:1 with a pupil in Year 4.

This role is to support a pupil in Year 4 who is considered to be high needs ASD. It is essential you have experience supporting high needs pupils previously and experience of de-escalation would be beneficial but not essential. A ECHP is in place, and you will be liaising closely with the SENCO in order to provide the correct support and structure for this pupil.
