Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in Birmingham.

Job Requirements for this Teaching Assistant role in Birmingham:

  • Experience working with children or young people in a primary, secondary, or special school setting
  • Ability to support individual education, health, and care plans (EHCPs)
  • Commitment to providing consistent and supportive engagement
  • Patience, emotional resilience, and a focus on inclusion
  • Reliability and strong communication skills

This role involves working with pupils aged 11 to 19 with autism, social communication challenges, and emotional regulation needs. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on enabling pupils to achieve their full potential.
