For this position, a desire to support pupils who have special needs and prior teaching assistant experience are required. To make every day an enjoyable day for the pupils at this school, there is an impressive team of staff that work alongside Teaching Assistants.As a Teaching Assistant, you will offer one-on-one assistance to children who have a variety of special needs, such as autism, complex needs, ADHD, Asperger's, and MLD. You will be a part of a dedicated group of Teaching Assistants that are enthusiastic about what they do at the school, which provides a loving environment for children. The SENCO is committed to ensuring that children's needs are satisfied and works with the Teaching Assistants to do so. A level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification and prior experience dealing with students who have special needs are preferred qualifications for this position.Job Role:
