Ideal Requirements:
  • Experience in a primary school or nursery setting (paid work, placement, or voluntary).
  • Knowledge of the primary curriculum.
  • A teaching assistant/childcare qualification or a relevant degree.
  • Experience working with children with SEN or a willingness to do so.
  • A positive, caring attitude and a can-do approach.
  • Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with staff and follow the class teacher's direction.
