This fantastic two-form entry primary school in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team and support children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.This role is ideal for a supportiveĀ and experienced Teaching Assistant who is committed to helping children achieve their full potential. You will be working alongside class teachers and SEND staff to provide tailored support to pupils, both in small groups and on a 1-2-1 basis. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is required for this role.Ā Job Role:
  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Working 1-2-1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional support.
  • Assisting with literacy and numeracy interventions to boost pupil progress.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting emotional well-being.

  • Working closely with the SENDCO and teachers to adapt learning materials.
