LTF Recruitment is here to help! We're working with multiple primary schools across South Birmingham, including areas such as Kings Heath, Selly Oak, Northfield, Rednal, Quinton, and Kings Norton, to recruit talented individuals for January 2025.
We offer a variety of rewarding roles across all Key Stages, including:
- Whole-class learning support.
- SEN support.
- Behaviour mentoring.
- Intervention teaching assistant positions.
- Experience in a primary school or nursery setting (paid work, placement, or voluntary).
- Knowledge of the primary curriculum.
- A teaching assistant/childcare qualification or a relevant degree.
- Experience working with children with SEN or a willingness to do so.
- A positive, caring attitude and a can-do approach.
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with staff and follow the class teacher's direction.
