Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work at an Independent School in Birmingham that caters to students aged 14-19 with Special Educational Needs and Challenging Behaviour.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience supporting learners with Special Educational Needs
  • Passion for working with students who face learning and behavioural challenges
  • Knowledge of GCSE and Functional Skills English (supporting or teaching)
  • Willingness to support or run enrichment programmes
  • Minimum Level 4 qualification

This role involves supporting students in both GCSE and Functional Skills English lessons, running enrichment programmes, and assisting other students as needed.
