Do you have a passion for supporting young learners? A primary school in South Birmingham is on the lookout for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their Year 1 classroom and make a real difference in the lives of their pupils. ?
The Role:- Position: Teaching Assistant (Year 1).
- Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher with day-to-day activities. ?
- Work 1:1 or with small groups to ensure all pupils reach their potential.
- Foster a nurturing and positive learning environment.
- Help with classroom organization and preparation. ??
- Hours: Full-time, term-time only.
- Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is desirable, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
- Skills:
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Qualifications: Relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or above) is a bonus but not essential.
