Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in the West Midlands who are seeking to hire an education and SEN lawyer on a rolling contract for 3 months.

This position can be offered as fully remote, yet local candidates would be considered highly,

The ideal candidate will:

- Have at least 3 years PQE,

- Have previous experience with SEN appeals, exclusions tribunals,

- Ideally have experience with s4441s,

- Be comfortable working autonomously with limited supervision,

- Be experienced working in the public sector.
