- Collaborating with teachers to develop creative and engaging English lessons that cater to individual learning needs.
- Identifying students who require extra support and designing personalized learning plans to address their specific challenges.
- Monitoring and tracking students' progress, offering constructive feedback to both educators and parents.
- Organising and participating in extracurricular activities related to English language and literature.
- Assisting in the creation of teaching materials and resources to support the English curriculum.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages a passion for English.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in English, English Literature, or a related field.
- A genuine love for English language, literature, and a keen interest in sharing that enthusiasm with young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to helping students succeed academically and personally.
- Previous tutoring or experience working with students is desirable, but not essential.
- Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning.
