Our client is a directing healthcare group that operates care homes across the Midlands and are on the Hunt for a Nursing Home Manager to manage their state of the art nursing home, caring for the elderly.
As a Nursing Home Manager, you'll be:
- Leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team
- Providing outstanding, personalised care to residents
- Managing all aspects of the home, including identifying business opportunities and effectively managing budgets
- Ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas
- Strengthening the company's brand as a credible healthcare partner
In the role of Nursing Home Manager, you will receive:
- An annual salary of £65,000 - £70,000
