Our client is on the lookout for a Home Manager who can manage a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, This exciting opportunity in Harborne is commutable from Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Wolverhampton, Redditch and surrounding areas

Our client is a directing healthcare group that operates care homes across the Midlands and are on the Hunt for a Nursing Home Manager to manage their state of the art nursing home, caring for the elderly.

As a Nursing Home Manager, you'll be:

Leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team
Providing outstanding, personalised care to residents
Managing all aspects of the home, including identifying business opportunities and effectively managing budgets
Ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas

Strengthening the company's brand as a credible healthcare partner

Package and Benefits:

In the role of Nursing Home Manager, you will receive:

An annual salary of £65,000 - £70,000
KPI Bonus scheme

33 days annual leave (inclusive of statutory bank holidays)

The ideal candidate for the Nursing Home Manager role will have:

Excellent clinical knowledge and expertise Nursing qualification is preferable
A excellent commercial acumen and strategic mind
Understanding of CQC compliance and evidence of previous good our outstanding inspections
The ability to develop an environment which focuses on continuous improvements
