As a Children's Home Registered Manager, you will:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Children's Home.
- Ensure the home meets all regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Lead and support a team of care professionals.
- Develop and implement care plans for the children.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Foster a safe, nurturing environment for children and young people.
