Your new roleAs an Electrical Estimator, you will lead the commercial function on several Hard FM maintenance contracts. Your responsibilities will include preparing and submitting estimates and target costs for both minor and major electrical works projects, developing accurate budget costs, and submitting detailed tender estimates. You will also review and analyse documentation, value engineer projects, advise clients, identify potential risks, and manage sub-contractors. What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a mechanical estimator, particularly within Hard FM Maintenance contracts. A strong knowledge of the market, electrical systems, materials, and decarbonisation installation methods is essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in IT applications such as Excel and Microsoft Word, and a full UK Driving Licence are also required.
