Understand the full range ofproduct offerings and their applications in customer solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and vendors
Configure the building control systems as defined by the clients objectives
Maintain operation and maintenance documentation to reflect changes of the system.
Service and maintain control system and network-level controllers
Implement software program modifications using established standards
Consult and train customer representatives in system operations
Document service activities and service report creation
Assist the Field Line Manager with pricing and design
