My client are looking for an electrical contracts manager based in the Midlands or the north, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical compliance contracts. This position will involve managing budgets, schedules, clients and subcontractors. To be successful in the position, you will need to be ambitious, be able to upsell and develop accounts as well as being a strong leader.
The compliance contracts you will be working across will mainly be industrial with northern travel expected within the position.
Job Description:
- Experience managing industrial contracts is essential
- Management experience with high value contracts
- Managing performance of the contracts and budget control
- Overseeing multiple sites and contracts simultaneously
- Conducting site surveys for clients and upselling further
Requirements:
- Commercial and industrial experience
- Installation or compliance electrician background
- Proven track record of leadership and implementing procedures
- Driving license
