Alexander Lloyd have an exciting new role for an Employee Benefits professional to join a well respected Financial Services firm within their Health and Wellbeing team. Working within their experienced team you will be responsible for the client relationship of your portfolio of clients and ensuring successful and lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to clients in regards to their Employee Benefits policies
  • Manage renewals and service client broking process.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and issues.
  • Ad hoc project work in regards to client needs

What we need from you

  • Technical knowledge of employee benefits insurance.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Proficiency in technology and software tools (e.g., MS Office, Outlook).
