Employee Relations HR 

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30m - 17.00pm - This is a fully office based role not Hybrid or remote working

Day to Day Duties

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives
  • HR Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Performance Management
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
  • Benefits & Compensation
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate employee data.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and assist in developing learning programs for employees.
  • Coordinate workshops, seminars, or other professional development opportunities
  • HR Reporting

Essential Skills

  • Previous Employee Relations experience is essential - Exposure from start to end 
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication for effective interaction with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking to handle multiple HR responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, ADA).
  • Adaptability – Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Your own vehicle is essential as there will be some local travel involved 

Desirable Experience

  • CIPD would be desirable
