Are you ready to take your expertise in Employee Relations or Employment Law to the next level? This is a unique opportunity to transition into a sales and consultative role with a top-tier law firm renowned for its specialist services in employment law. With 9 offices across the UK, this firm serves a diverse portfolio of commercial and public sector clients.

About the Role

As the Employee Relations Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the firm’s growth by supporting 4 Partners and 2 Sales Leads (South and North) to expand their market share. Your focus will be supporting the team on promoting the employment law services offered by the dedicated operational delivery team. This is a varied and dynamic role where you will:

Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new sectors and target audiences.

Client Engagement: Organise and create bespoke client events, including designing customised merchandise to enhance the client experience.

Campaign Development: Work closely with the marketing team to craft campaigns tailored to the needs and interests of HR professionals, driving client attraction to the firm’s employment law services.

Travel: Attend events and meetings across the UK, representing the firm and building relationships with potential clients.

Key Background:

Background in Employee Relations/Employment Law: A solid understanding of the field is essential alongside up-to- date Employment Law knowledge.

Passion for Sales & Consultancy: This role suits someone eager to transition their expertise into a client-focused, consultative environment.

Creativity & Initiative: The ability to design engaging client events and campaigns is key.

Collaboration: You’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, operational teams, and senior leaders.
