Are you experienced in Employee Relations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced ER environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Employee Relations team here at Marston Holdings.  

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to unlocking the true potential of our talented workforce. The ideal candidate will be CIPD accredited, possess a deep understanding of employment legislation, and have a proven track record in handling diverse employee relations cases.  

We are seeking an individual with strong influencing skills, coaching abilities, impeccable problem-solving skills, and a knack for thinking innovatively. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you! 

What you will be doing:  

  • Delivering a proactive approach to employee relations cases, such as disciplinary, grievance and performance and absence management 

  • Effectively managing a wide and varied employee relations caseload 

  • Providing expert advice to management on matters relating to employment law 

  • Establishing strong working relationships with managers 

  • Supporting and coaching managers when navigating through internal procedures 

  • Supporting the development of ER projects, to develop best practice and drive improvements in people management.
