Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both Advisers and Paraplanners by:

  • Client Liaison - Communicating with clients to gather updates on their financial information for annual reviews.
  • Scheduling - Organising and coordinating Annual Review meetings with clients.
  • Document Preparation - Drafting letters, emails, and reports using templates, with tailored technical personalisation.
  • System Management - Maintaining and updating client management systems and occasionally cashflow modelling software.
  • Regulatory Compliance - Preparing FCA-compliant illustrations and assisting with the completion of application forms.
  • Portfolio Support - Supporting investment fund switches and ensuring client portfolios are managed efficiently.
  • Post Management - Checking, organising, and distributing both incoming and outgoing post.
  • Meeting Support - Occasionally attending client meetings to take notes and document discussions.
