Aspire Rec2Rec is seeking a motivated Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Junior Team Leader to join a client’s Birmingham office and build a new desk within the professional services sector, focusing on Finance, HR, and Marketing Operations.

Our client has successfully grown over more than 40 years, driven by a commitment to quality recruitment for office and executive support staff across diverse industries. They specialise in both permanent and temporary recruitment, focusing on roles ranging from graduate entry positions to executive-level placements. Their expertise includes a variety of office support roles, such as Executive Assistants, PAs, Team Assistants, and positions within HR, Legal, and Media sectors.
The Role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Building a new desk in a back-office sector such as Finance, HR, Marketing and Operations, focusing on both permanent and contract recruitment.
- Managing a team of graduates once established, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Driving personal and team performance, with expected monthly billings between £15,000 and £20,000.
- Contributing to the overall growth and success of the team.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1.5 to 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within relevant sectors (excluding healthcare and tech).
- A proactive attitude with a desire to develop and lead a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
