G2 is working with a reputable practice who is looking for an experienced Technical Architect or alternatively a Job Running Architectural Technologist to join them on a temp to perm opportunity (6-month initial contract to work on a project with an expectancy of 4-5 years), outside IR35.
The practice would like as much office presence at possible initially.
The role will be within the commercial and industrial team, working on a logistic/manufacturing centre worth £6 million.
Requirements:
- Strong with the associated software Revit.
- Strong experience working on technical stages.
- Experience running projects (client facing experience is extremely ideal).
