Job Title: Hybrid Business Architect and Business Analyst
Dynamic and experienced Hybrid Business Architect and Business Analyst.
This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in start-up environments that may lack formal governance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on complex programs, a knack for firefighting urgent issues, and the ability to establish and follow appropriate governance practices.
While experience in the Lloyd's of London insurance market is a plus, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and functional specifications.
- Develop business architecture using best practices and methodologies.
- Implement and maintain governance frameworks to ensure program success.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to support business decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with business and IT processes.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Preferred but not essential - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business architecture and business analysis within complex program environments.
- Proven experience in start-up or less structured environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Lloyd's of London insurance market is a plus.
We need someone from a very heavily regulated industry - Banking - Insurance - Data Science - Legal. NO RETAIL & NO PUBLIC SECTOR.
You MUST HAVE worked on VERY COMPLEX implementations before.
