Sonic Summary

Xpertise is seeking Technical Architects, Solution Architects, and Team Leads with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE for major projects.
The position offers a salary range of £70,000-95,000 plus a good bonus and is located in tech hubs such as Leeds, Birmingham, Telford, or London with a flexible hybrid working model.
Key responsibilities include analyzing client needs, developing documentation, leading task delivery, overseeing CRM implementations, and optimizing performance.
Candidates should have experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, SQL Server, .NET Framework, and web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
The role requires a minimum of several years of experience in Dynamics CRM architecture and implementation for public sector clients.

Xpertise has partnered with another award-winning technology solutions firms undergoing a couple of major projects and team builds. We're looking for Technical Architects, Solution Architects and Team Leads who have deep experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.

Key details:

Salary: £70,000-95,000 + good bonus

Location: Leeds or Birmingham or Telford or London (choose a tech hub) + very flexible hybrid working model (remote working)

Key Responsibilities

Analyse client needs and design solutions using Dynamics 365/CRM.
Develop technical and functional documents, secure stakeholder approval.
Lead task delivery, troubleshooting, and ensure best practices are followed.
Oversee CRM implementations and provide regular progress updates.
Optimise Dynamics 365 performance and manage system solutions.

Required Skills

Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Expertise in SQL Server, .NET Framework, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Proficient in C#.NET environments, WCF, and Web APIs.

Overall, we’re looking for a Dynamics CRM Technical Architect to design, develop, and implement tailored solutions for our public sector clients using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You’ll drive the architecture, lead the delivery, and ensure optimal performance of these systems.
