Job Title: Senior Marketing Co-ordinator

Salary: £25,000 circa

Location:Birmingham Business Park, B37

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Hybrid working, one day at home, four days in the office)

Are you a hands-on, dynamic and creative Marketing Co-ordinator?

We are recruiting for a well-established Financial Services brand who are looking for a Senior Marketing Co-ordinator to increase brand awareness, provide support to members and generate more leads.

Key Duties:

Oversee and assist with the day-to-day management of marketing packages, supporting Lender and Provider partners

Market the business brand in the intermediary market, with an ultimate goal of increasing brand awareness and generating leads

Oversee business website, improving SEO, user-experience and ensuring accuracy of content

Continually review and assess performance metrics and analytics to determine success, and to develop the brand strategy and content according to these metrics

Create social media content to maintain strong online presence

Create multi-channel campaigns that promote the business brands

Create marketing emails via Mailchimp which promote the business brands

Create Quarterly Newsletters using Adobe InDesign, utilising content provided

Oversee marketing activity

Make website updates including adding banner adverts, breaking news and page updates

Use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to identify key trends and assess performance metrics

Create images and videos to be used in emails and on social media using Canva (or similar)

Oversee invoicing process to ensure that these are issued in a timely manner

Monitor marketing trends and keep up to date with industry news and activity including relevant financial news

Key Skills/Experience Required:

Proven experience of marketing and ability to demonstrate marketing skills

Commercially astute, with a strategic approach and able to demonstrate success in driving change and increasing revenue within a small budget

Experience of being involved in the account management

Ability to efficiently and accurately complete tasks

Ability to work to strict deadlines and to prioritise as necessary

Proactive approach with project management skills to oversee new campaigns and projects from start to finish

Excellent standard of written & verbal communication

Ability to empathise and build strong business relationships with member firms and Lender and Provider contacts at all levels

Professional and positive attitude

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate
  • Strong organisational skills and efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
  • Commercially-minded
  • Creative with an eye for detail
  • Enthusiastic about marketing the brand to the intermediary market

In return for your hard work, you will earn a salary of £25,000 plus excellent benefits.
