The role of the Geo-Environmental Engineer involves working primarily on housebuilder-related projects, with responsibilities split between site-based oversight of ground investigation works and office-based tasks such as report writing and providing consultancy advice. The contract is anticipated to be a rolling 3 month agreement.
The individual will be required to work five days a week, either on-site or in the office, with a total commitment of 40 hours per week (8 hours per day). The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in Geoenvironmental consultancy, both in consultancy and site-based roles to fulfil this position.

路Interpretation of chemical and geotechnical data
路Supervision of site works
路Preparation of conceptual site models and contamination risk assessments
路Site remediation
路Writing technical and interpretative reports

For this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:
聽
路Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
路IT literate
路Ability to interact with a wide range of people including clients, contractors and other consultants
路Be able to work effectively as part of a team
路A Degree in geology or similar earth science discipline or a degree in environmental science
路Minimum 2 years' experience with a Geo-Environmental Consultancy
路Drive and ambition to learn
路A full UK driving licence is required
