Oversee the Convention Bureau and Major Events budget, ensuring maximum impact and ROI." Lead a dynamic team, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and training." Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new technologies to enhance business development and income generation." Support and drive high-value bidding processes to secure large-scale events for the region."
