We have a fantastic opportunity within an exceptional City Centre based firm for an individual with experience within an events and marketing capacity. This is a role that will require individuals to successfully manage the events of the Birmingham office. The successful applicant will be requiredto work alongside a team of individuals dedicated to offering a first-class events function for this impressive organisation. The role will entail the following responsibilities:

  • Meet and greeting clients and visitors to the event and client space

  • Handling queries from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Preparing client and event spaces for meetings, ensuring they are clean and tidy

  • Ensuring all catering is organised and served to the highest of standards

  • Management of invitation process including monitoring responses as well as conducting successful networking skills

  • Preparation of all events and marketing material including packs, slideshows and brochures

  • Attendance of all events in order to ensure smooth running as well as coordinating feedback process

The successful applicant must be educated to A Level or equivalent and have experience of ideally working in a high end hospitality environment such as a Hotel or Restaurant or in a similar role within a corporate firm. We are looking for an experienced individual with knowledge of all the above listed tasks as well as exceptional levels of IT skills, attention to detail and excellent levels of communication skills.

You must be happy to commit to the working pattern of Monday to Friday and have flexibility to hours where needed to help support with Events. Uniform will be provided for this role.
