Our client is seeking a highly experiencedSenior Project Managerto join their team in Broome. This role involves managing a variety of client projects, requiring strong operational event and logistics experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:Oversee large-scale, high-budget projects, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards.
- Content Development:Lead creative meetings, develop innovative content solutions, and align content with client strategies.
- Financial Management:Control project budgets, prepare quotes, and ensure timely financial reporting and reconciliation.
- ROT Implementation:Set and measure event objectives, producing post-event ROT reports.
- Client Management:Manage day-to-day client relationships and facilitate project-related meetings.
- Health & Safety:Ensure all H&S paperwork complies with legislation.
- Line Management:Support and develop Account Executives/Project Managers.
- New Business:Collaborate on high-profile pitches and participate in pitch teams.
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience:4-5 years in event production, preferably in an agency environment, with large budget and international event experience.
- Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities, leadership qualities, and a creative, dynamic mindset.
- Technical:Proficiency in computer literacy.
- Preferred:Experience with ROI methodology, line management, content development, internal communications, and video production.
