Responsibilities and duties

Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager, you will:

  • Assist with preparing and managing schedules - Plan weekly engineer schedules to ensure contractual obligations for preventive and corrective maintenance are met.
  • Help with coordinating call-outs - Assess monitoring alerts daily and organise field engineers to meet response time guarantees.
  • Aid with contract management - Ensure all operation and maintenance agreements are fulfilled.
  • Contribute creating and managing budgets for minor construction projects, corrective maintenance, and site improvements.
  • Help with creating and managing work tickets for engineers, ensuring all necessary details for reporting and follow-ups.
  • Prepare monthly technical reports on asset performance, warranty claims, and insurance claims.


Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Experience in Portfolio/Asset Management
  • Experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of PV monitoring systems.
  • Understanding of HSE and CDM regulations.
