Hybrid, part-time position based in Birmingham, offering up to £30,000 pro rata depending on experience.
Are you an Executive Assistant looking for your next step? Would you like to work for a nationally-recognised charity, supporting at C-Suite level? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Birmingham, the successful applicant will provide administrative and HR support to the CEO and other members of the board, as well as stakeholders and trustees.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact and support to the CEO, providing full administrative support to the CEO and other members of the board
- Extensive diary management, including scheduling appointments and meetings, and national and international travel arrangements
- Arranging and organising meetings, including preparing meeting documents, agendas and presentations; liaising with both internal teams and external partners
- Managing correspondence, including phone calls and emails, filtering messages and escalating to the Executives when required
- Overseeing HR duties, including managing the recruitment process, ensuring recruitment and HR systems are kept up-to-date, and liaising with the finance team to ensure the smooth-running of payroll
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Prospective applicants must have previous experience supporting at C-Suite or board level for a similar calibre organisation. Applicants must have outstanding communication and organisation skills, be able to prioritise workload and work both independently and collaboratively.
