An exciting opportunity to work as a Junior Account Executive for an Innovative fintech company based in Birmingham City Centre has just become available! If you have a previous experience in a client focused role and are eager to join a forward-thinking business in a role that will progress down the account management route, then this may be the role for you! This role is hybrid (3 days in office) with a salary of up to 26k!

You will primarily be responsible for providing first line support to any client queries, you will manage queries via multiple sources, support on compliance and rebate calculations, monitor activities and complete relevant reports, onboarding new clients, building strong relationships and any other ad-hoc administrative tasks where required.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a desire to progress into Account Management in the future. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a role with a client focus or good customer service experience, you will have a can-do approach towards work, be tech-savvy and a natural problem solver.
