- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directors, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Act as a first point of contact for the Directors, handling communication and correspondence with professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including Transport, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Manage emails and respond on behalf of the Directors when necessary.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing documents.
- Assist in event planning and corporate functions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Directors.
- Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
