Description
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments for the team
- Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs as required
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Handling confidential documents and information with discretion
- Coordinating office correspondence, including post and emails
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Organising events
Profile
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work in a fast paced environment
- Can commute to Birmingham city centre
- Proficiency in MS Office
