Our client is a leading international real estate consultancy, looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to join an exciting role that will support 2 board level directors.

About The Company

They are a dynamic company that values working collaboratively to maximise the potential of real estate at every stage of the property life cycle. The team is filled with positive, passionate professionals who love what they do and are excited to welcome a new member to the family!

The Role Will Include:

  • Extensive diary and inbox management, ensuring the Board Directors time is optimised.
  • Coordinating and supporting meetings, including minute-taking and action management.
  • Booking travel and accommodation while ensuring compliance with our travel policy.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Supporting Directors with confidential reports and research projects.
  • Tracking annual leave and providing cover for other PAs when needed.
  • Offering other ad hoc support, including some personal tasks.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • A confident, solution-oriented approach with the ability to take initiative.
  • Technologically savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders effectively.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a PA; familiarity with tools like Monday.com and Microsoft Project is a plus.
