One of the UK’s largest specialists in Corporate Restructuring, Recovery and Insolvency, are currently recruiting for a Senior Insolvency Administrator.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all client work is carried out within the appropriate timescales through continual monitoring of case progression.
  • Working as a team with the other managers, directors and staff to ensure the department meets its objectives and all client demands are exceeded.
  • Using your knowledge of the industry and relevant processes to resolve technical issues and organisation to resolve client and director demands.
  • Ensuring client’s expectations are exceeded, by always providing a first-class service.
  • Assessing financial and other information to assist clients in understanding their affairs and needs; to identify opportunities to enhance value for stakeholders.
  • Understanding the insolvency act and appreciating key commercial aspects of insolvency companies.
  • Providing regular progress reports to the manager including preparation of six-monthly case reviews, as well as drafting all routine case correspondence.
  • Analytical review of information to facilitate case strategy or to fulfil reporting requirements.
  • Dealing with creditor telephone enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience within Insolvency is absolutely essential, minimum of 3 years.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.
  • Completion or desire to study ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency Qualification.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook and time management system.
