Nelson Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for our client not far from the Erdington area of Birmingham. Our client is looking for a Trainee to work in the manufacturing departement. This will be a temporary position leading on to a permanent role with the client.
This is a reallyexciting opportunity for someone who wants to learn and progress in a solid career.
You will be fully trained in the use of machinery on the shop floor and also within the Warehosue department.
The client are looking for someone who is able to work on own inititaive, reliable, good attitude to work.
The ideal candidate will:
Be able to use and read a tape measure.
Have a basic Maths skill
Can come from a manufacturing background but not essential as full training is provided.
The company offer many accrediated training prgrammes, such as forklift.
Driving license is prefered although not essential (there is about a 15 minute walk from the nearest stop of public transport)
Hours: (Apply online only) we can be slightly flexible with these times
Pay rise is minimum wage in line with age brackets.
Pay increases will be given throughout employment.
