About the Role The Finance team is at the heart of making smart, data-driven decisions that drive our business forward. As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping our financial strategy by helping the business plan, forecast, and budget effectively.   • Prioritise safety, welfare, and accessibility in all finance activities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legal requirements.
  • Foster an inclusive and open environment where colleagues feel comfortable raising concerns about financial practices, reporting, or workplace accessibility.
  • Ensure financial data is handled securely and confidentially, in line with data protection regulations.
  Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and business plans.
  • Support periodic financial forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the timely and accurate production of monthly and quarterly performance reports.
  • Provide management reports and analysis to drive business performance.
  Financial Administration
  • Assist in preparing and communicating financial information to Property Managers, Regional Operating Managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of reports and data for property reviews, board meetings, and external agencies as required.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial systems, including user acceptance testing.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support finance-related projects.
  Systems & Processes
  • Develop expertise in financial reporting systems (Sage, Cognos).
  • Conduct regular data integrity checks between financial systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  Person Specification: Experience & Skills
  • At least one year of Finance experience within a large commercial business.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Great analytical skills
