Your new roleYou'll be overseeing the Accounting Services department whilst maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Not only will you manage the day-to-day accounting operations, you will also assist with the guidance and training to the accounting team.
What you'll need to succeedTo be a strong leader with excellent people skills. Fully qualified ACA/ACCA, a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of effective team leadership.
