The position available is for an Accounts Payable role, within a not-for-profit organisation, where the main focus will be on maintaining the financial accounts and records.

Description
- Managing the accounts payable function and ensuring accuracy of invoicing.
- Processing and reconciling financial transactions.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and performing audits as required.
- Processing foreign currency payments
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Communicating with vendors and suppliers regarding payments.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
- Supporting other members of the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
- Prior experience working in a high volume Accounts Payable environment
- Competence in using financial software and systems, including strong excel skills
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with external vendors and internal teams.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to work independently.
