As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will play a central role in our financial operations, championing efficiency, ensuring accuracy, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring efficient invoice processing, timely payments, and accurate account reconciliations.
- Lead and coordinate a global back-office team, fostering cross-border collaboration to achieve operational excellence
- Guide, mentor, and empower the accounts payable team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on growth and achieving excellence.

Regularly communicate with senior leaders and stakeholders, providing updates on operations, team performance, and strategic initiatives
Requirements of an Accounts Payable Manager:
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
- Demonstrates exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibits outstanding communication and influencing abilities, enabling effective collaboration with teams, vendors, and senior management.
- Shows adaptability to shifting priorities and schedules, with a willingness to work overtime or on weekends when necessary.
- 3+ Years freight forwarding accounts experience
- Experience in managing an Accounts Payable team.
