Accounts Receivable Manager Birmingham (hybrid working) £50-55k + Car Allowance & up to 15% annual bonus SF are partnering with a well known business here in the midlands, they are a multi service and goods provider with operations across the UK. High performing finance Shared Services with an excellent Credit Team, who are accredited by the CICMQ. The role will manage the AR function, a team of 16, with 3 direct reports, and you will be accountable for the timely and accurate collection of payments, ensuring strong cashflow to the business. This is a high profile role, aligned with multiple Directors and senior business stakeholders, providing expert knowledge and insight around cash management and debtor performance. Accountable for delivery of cash and aged debt performance. In your new role:You will lead, coach and manage a high performing team of Credit Controllers Maintain and be accountable for the delivery of 12 week rolling cash forecast driving cash results Responsible for all aspects and ledgers of the business, totaling a monthly collection between £180-230million Working within the parameters set out by the Credit Risk and Insurance Team Building strong internal relationships across sales, operations and finance to board level Supporting with Audits, and provide all SOX and financial reports compliance Deliver weekly and monthly reports to finance and the wider business Drive lean process culture, striving for process improvement What you'll needCICM qualified or working towards qualification Shared Service Center experience or working in a complex large company Strong People Management skills - ability to lead and deliver high performance Strong Business Partnering skills 5+ years working in a High volume and value B2B collection/credit function Experience with EDI and Payment portals are desirable What you'll get in returnFlexible and hybrid working 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays Competitive salary + £7k car allowance 8% pension match up to 15% annual bonus Store and gym discounts Personal development, CICM study support & management courses
