Audit Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Helping the Audit Manager deal with an exciting, increased workload, including;

  • Developing client audit plans based on regulatory compliance and risk management
  • Evaluating client internal controls and identifying areas for improvement
  • Leading and participating in on-site and remote client audits
  • Preparing informative, understandable and concise reports, for varied stakeholders
  • Managing, mentoring and training an enthusiastic team to deliver audits to the highest professional standards

Audit Assistant Manager Skills and Experience:

This highly-regarded accounting practice with a great culture seeks someone who can 'hit the ground running' for this important new audit leadership role. To be considered you should;

  • be a qualified accountant, with at least 2 years of experience in supervising/managing a team
  • have proven experience in auditing and risk assessment
  • possesses excellent interpersonal ability, clear in communications with colleagues and clients
  • demonstrate hands-on IT skills (eg, Microsoft Office and Caseware)
