We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join a well-established accountancy practice in Dudley. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse client base. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services, mentoring junior team members, and driving client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and overseeing audit assignments from planning through to completion.

  • Leading audit teams and reviewing the work of junior auditors.

  • Ensuring compliance with audit and accounting standards.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.

  • Providing technical support and guidance to the audit team.

  • Identifying and resolving audit issues efficiently.

  • Assisting with business development and contributing to the growth of the firm.

Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience.

  • Strong background in audit within an accountancy practice.

  • Experience in managing audit engagements and leading audit teams.

  • Excellent knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards.

  • Strong communication and client management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage deadlines.
