Key Responsibilities

As Senior Financial Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting processes. You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the preparation of statutory and management financial reports
  • Ensuring compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and other regulatory requirements
  • Managing the month-end and year-end reporting processes
  • Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations
  • Driving process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/UK GAAP)
  • A track record of success in financial reporting and control
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to driving efficiencies and improvements
  • Degree in accountancy, economics or business.
