Are you a passionate finance professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated Client Accounting Lead to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce month-end accounts and reports for a diverse portfolio of properties, adhering to agreed formats and timelines.
  • Assist clients with budgeting and forecasting requirements, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Lead the Client Accounting Team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Manage month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments, deferred income, and IFRS16 compliance.
  • Review and attest month-end reports prior to submission to clients, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Oversee VAT reporting and non-resident landlord monitoring.
  • Manage the Annual Audit and review monthly governance packs with account leads.
  • Ensure adherence to client requirements and quality procedures, delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Client Accounting on ad-hoc requirements and contribute to client meetings.

Required Technical Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
  • Strong grasp of property accounting concepts and double-entry accounting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivots and advanced formulas.
