Our client, is seeking a Client Accounting Manager to lead their Client Accounting and Financial Reporting team. Based in Birmingham, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, deliver market-leading services, and contribute to strategic objectives while fostering a high-performing, client-focused team.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Accounting Manager- Design and implement control frameworks and ensure compliance with internal audits.
- Continuously improve operational effectiveness and promote best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, surveyors, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee financial reporting, including VAT, reconciliations, service charge management, and statutory reporting.
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for new business.
- Represent the organisation to enhance its reputation and drive client satisfaction.
- ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Commercially astute and innovative, with a solutions-focused mindset
